Finance Operations - Merchant Lending

**About The Role**

As part of the Finance Operations team at GoTo Financial, you will support the end-to-end financial operations of our lending products, ensuring processes run accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage operational processes, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements that support the growth and scalability of our lending business.

### What You Will Do

• Review the daily process of disbursement and repayment for lending products.
• Reconcile insurance transactions including premium registration and insurance claim.
• Be the PIC for external communication with insurance and funding partners.
• Assist month end closing process, create lenders report, and transaction summary.
• Other ad-hoc as requested.

### What You Will Need

• 2-3 years of experience in finance operations. Prior experience in financial services (BNPL) will be an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically and accurately.
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office programs and Google Workspace.
• Professional working proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
