Senior Procurement - Bangalore

**About the Role**

As a Senior Procurement, you will lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement initiatives across multiple categories, supporting business operations in India while partnering closely with stakeholders in Indonesia, particularly within technology and general-related spend areas. You will act as a trusted sourcing partner to cross-functional teams, driving commercial value, supplier performance, and process excellence while ensuring compliance with procurement governance and policies.

### What You Will Do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across multiple spend categories, managing sourcing projects from requirement gathering through contract execution
• Develop sourcing strategies and conduct market intelligence, supplier assessments, commercial evaluations, and negotiations to deliver cost optimization and business value
• Build and manage relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on procurement-related matters
• Partner with business teams in India and Indonesia, to ensure sourcing solutions align with business objectives
• Drive supplier onboarding, governance, risk assessment, and compliance activities in accordance with internal policies and procurement standards
• Manage contract-related activities, including commercial reviews, stakeholder alignment, negotiation support, and execution coordination
• Experience of using Coupa as part of procurement processing system is preferred
• Identify and implement process improvements, sourcing best practices, and operational efficiencies to enhance procurement effectiveness and stakeholder experience

### What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, strategic sourcing, or related fields
• Proven experience managing end-to-end sourcing projects and supplier negotiations across multiple categories
• Experience supporting technology procurement, including hardware, IT services, telecommunications, or technology-related spend categories, and general procurement, including insurance, manpower, and other general spend is preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, countries, and seniority levels
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities, including supplier evaluation, cost analysis, and negotiation planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities independently
