Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus
• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards
• Supervise and guide kitchen staff during shifts
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control

• Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Help train new kitchen staff
• Ensure timely food service during busy periods
