- Managing and updating stock records using Bavet tables and V-lockup formulas
- Counting physical stock and reconciling against system records
- Performing count, count if and other Excel-based functions
- Monitoring stock movement and reporting shortages or discrepancies
- Coordinating with warehouse and purchasing teams
- Maintaining proper stock labeling and documentation
- Assisting in monthly and annual stock audits
- Ensuring accuracy and timely updates in inventory systems
