THE WORK
- You'll supervise all aspects of a complex structural and electrical construction project, ensuring compliance with STPS / OSHA.
- You'll advise senior management on contractors' safety plans and ensure their implementation in each project.
- You'll provide review and oversight of Health and Safety management procedures in construction.
- You'll attend safety and management department meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings.
- You'll supervise all subcontractors and contractors, ensuring their competence.
- You'll continuously encourage and promote Health and Safety initiatives aimed at influencing positive safety behavior across all projects.
- You'll manage local regulations.
- You'll perform additional duties as assigned.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction safety, with formal qualifications in construction health and safety management
- Extensive experience in communications with contractors, coordination with design teams, and other project professionals
- Advanced experience in executing data centers or mission-critical constructions
- Advanced proficiency in using computer tools
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field
- Experience as an Owner’s Representative
- NFPA 70e certification
- Previous experience in construction projects
- Residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate
