THE WORK

• You'll supervise all aspects of a complex structural and electrical construction project, ensuring compliance with STPS / OSHA.
• You'll advise senior management on contractors' safety plans and ensure their implementation in each project.
• You'll provide review and oversight of Health and Safety management procedures in construction.
• You'll attend safety and management department meetings, training workshops, and daily activity briefings.
• You'll supervise all subcontractors and contractors, ensuring their competence.
• You'll continuously encourage and promote Health and Safety initiatives aimed at influencing positive safety behavior across all projects.
• You'll manage local regulations.
• You'll perform additional duties as assigned.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction safety, with formal qualifications in construction health and safety management
• Extensive experience in communications with contractors, coordination with design teams, and other project professionals
• Advanced experience in executing data centers or mission-critical constructions
• Advanced proficiency in using computer tools

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in a safety-related field
• Experience as an Owner’s Representative
• NFPA 70e certification
• Previous experience in construction projects
• Residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate
