About The Role
We are looking for a **Visitor Experience Facilitator**
The Europa Experience Centre in Stockholm, Sweden, serves as an educational hub and a platform for engaging with the EU, offering visitors a unique experience to understand the EU's history, institutions, and role in shaping a common European future. Key attractions within the Centre include an interactive exhibition space equipped with multimedia stations, a 360° cinema that showcases Europe's journey and its future, and a Role Play Game. This game allows participants to simulate the roles of Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) in a hands-on learning experience.
### You will
- Create a warm and inviting atmosphere, offering exceptional hospitality to the guests.
- Guide and assist visitors in exploring the exhibitions, making their experience interactive and memorable.
- Engage visitors by providing explanations of exhibition content and EU concepts, sparking their interest.
- Welcome and facilitate Role Play Game sessions by briefing participants and supporting them throughout the experience.
- Managing telephone and email inquiries, coordinating event registrations, and maintaining an organised schedule.
- Supporting the organisation of special events, ensuring they run smoothly.
- Champion the visitor experience by actively gathering feedback and ideas, driving continuous enhancements to make visits more enjoyable.
- Design, develop, and conduct educational workshops, tours, and public entertainment.
- Guide visitors on modern history, European integration, and EU-related topics.
### Requirements
- You have a good knowledge of European Union topics and are eager to share your knowledge with others.
- You have university-level diploma or ongoing university-level studies.
- A perfect command of Swedish and English is essential; knowledge of any other EU languages is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, a good sense of humor and a passion for working with people.
- Confident using standard IT applications and willing to work with interactive multimedia technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and operational requirements.
