  • Master the assembly instructions and complete quality inspections, ensuring that products adhere to our strict specifications.
  • Utilize a range of small hand-held and stationary automated tools to assemble intricate parts.
  • Track the status of parts produced using scanners and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, reflecting your commitment to excellence and productivity.
  • Collaborate with a team while working individually to meet and exceed production goals.

### Work Environment

  • Most areas of the facility are quiet; hearing protection is not required.
  • Parts assembly occurs at a stationary tabletop surface; use of scanners is necessary.
  • The employee may be occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, with a moderate noise level in the work environment.

### Physical Demands Essential for Successful Job Performance

  • Repetitively manipulate part components and tools manually with fingers and hands.
  • View close and distant objects fully; measure specifications as small as a millimeter.
  • Assemble small parts (possibly only a few millimeters in length/width).
  • Trim fingernails to a reasonable length to facilitate handling and adjusting parts.
  • Stay in a stationary position for prolonged periods to complete tasks.
  • Look down for extended durations.
