**About the Role:**

Designing and engineering high-velocity delivery hubs that maximize productivity per square meter.

### Job Responsibilities

• **AutoCAD Design:** Produce optimized floor plans for all needed sites, focusing on "U-shaped" flow, conveyor placement, and courier dispatch zones.
• **Civil & Electrical Oversight:** Supervise the fit-out of HVAC, fire suppression, and high-load electrical systems (required for autosorters).
• **Technical Audit:** Conduct "pre-buy" structural audits of prospective sites to ensure floor-load and height compliance.
• **Lean Implementation:** Design hub layouts that force adherence to **5S methodology** and minimize waste in parcel handling.

### Job Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering or MEP Engineering.
• 6-7 years of relevant experience in fit-out projects, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or commercial environments.
• Strong expertise in fit-out design and execution.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Solid knowledge of OSHA and NFPA standards and safety regulations
