Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a **Seasonal Tax Support Specialist** to join our centralized Tax Engagement Letter Team.

As a **Seasonal Tax Support Specialist** on our Engagement Letter Team, you will provide national engagement letter support to the Tax Department firm wide, optimizing efficiency, client experience and quality control. You will interact with team members within your team as well as others outside of your team at all levels.

**This is a project-based contractual position expected to begin on October 5 2026, and conclude on April 15, 2027.**

### Position Responsibilities

  • Prepare, generate and deliver tax engagement letters using firm approved templates, client data and workflows
  • Review engagement letter information for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with tax professionals, administrators and operations team members to resolve missing information and ensure timely delivery
  • Track engagement letter status and follow up on outstanding items
  • Clean up, validate and maintain engagement letter across applications
  • Assist Tax Operations Team with data projects
  • Secure and protect Personally Identifiable Information

### Qualifications Needed

  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Management, or any related field.
  • Open to fresh graduates and entry-level applicants.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize assigned work using exemplary time-management and task-prioritization skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates ability to multi-task and turnaround assigned work accurately and in a timely manner
  • Excellent administrative and computer literacy skills
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to self-review
  • Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Available to work overtime (evenings and weekends), as needed
  • **Amenable to work Night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT)**
  • **Work Set-up: 2 Months Onsite, Hybrid afterwards (Clark Office)**
