This role will support our recruiting team with offers, travel schedules and calendaring, student messaging, candidate review, interview scheduling, etc. allowing our onshore team members to maximize time with candidates and on campus.
### Position Responsibilities
- **Interview Scheduling & Coordination (Lever)**
Coordinate interview scheduling, calendars, and logistics for candidates and interview teams
- **Data Entry, Tracking & Systems Hygiene**
Manage candidate data in Lever, including resume uploads, tagging, sourcing attribution, and data cleanup; compile and track interview feedback; maintain offer deadline tracking
- **Pipeline Coordination & Maintenance**
Maintain accurate candidate pipeline status, conduct routine audits, and support follow-ups to ensure data integrity
- **Campus Recruiting Documentation Management**
Review, update, and maintain internal campus recruiting documents and trackers
- **Candidate Communications Support**
Execute templated post-event and candidate follow-up communications
- **Early Talent Expense Tracking & Administration**
Track and enter expenses in campus recruiting and spend workbooks
- **Recruiting Reporting**
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting activity and pipeline reports
- **Cooleaf Distribution Support**
Administer and track campus recruiting engagement distributions via Cooleaf
- **Early Talent Branding & Content Execution Support**
Support updates to recruiting materials and coordinate content distribution, approvals, and storage
- **Offer Letter Coordination**
Prepare, track, and send intern offer letters using approved templates; monitor status and follow up as needed
### Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.
- With 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of Lever and Workday is an advantage; strong Excel skills are required.
- Exposure to any industry is acceptable; experience in public accounting is preferred.
- Highly organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Amenable to working the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT).**
- **Willing to work onsite for the first two months, with a hybrid work arrangement thereafter, either in the Clark or Makati office.**
