What we offer
The Sales Operations
Specialist

- a dynamic role supporting Sales Operations by leading key reporting, system support, policy
- development,

- What you’ll do
- Research and maintain value graph inputs and competitor summaries across all Mattamy markets
- Monitor competitor activity and notify Sales teams of upcoming launches requiring on-site validation
- Visit competitor sales offices (as needed) to confirm pricing, product, and availability
- Support the rollout and testing of value graph systems
- Produce and distribute weekly sales reports to internal stakeholders and executive leadership
- Prepare and share competitor data reports with Sales and Head Office teams
- Coordinate onboarding and training schedules for New Home Sales Administrators and Advisors
- Manage setup, ordering, and orientation logistics for all new hires
- Review and approve office supply and snack/beverage orders for Sales Offices
- Assist with organizing and executing sales training sessions and events
- Work closely with the VP, Sales to support communication across GTA sales teams
- Assist the VP, Sales with special projects and operational initiatives as needed
What

- Post-secondary education in business, real estate, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, coordination, or support roles
- Experience or strong interest in the homebuilding or real estate industry
- Comfortable working with data and reporting, with the ability to interpret trends
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Effective communicator with the ability to support onboarding and training initiatives, and work cross-functionally across teams
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and reporting systems
Familiarity with
DynaMX
- or similar CRM/ERP platforms is an asset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
Compensation
The expected base salary range for this position is $57,500 - $80,000
.
Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.
