About the Role

Revolution Power Solutions is seeking an experienced

Mechanical Assembler

to join our growing team in Waller, Texas. This role is key to our mission of delivering high-performance power systems for critical energy and industrial applications. You’ll be hands-on assembling advanced power generation equipment, ensuring every unit meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

Role Summary

Design

and

• development of electrical systems for
• our
• power
• generation and oilfield equipment. This role will focus on
• electrical
• component
• and system design, including
• one-line
• diagrams, load lists, BOM creation, testing procedures, and system troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with
• engineering, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing teams
• to deliver
• cost-effective, reliable, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• System Design: Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, power distribution layouts, and bill of materials (BOMs) for packaged equipment,
• skids
• and control cabinets.
• Controls & Programming: Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

Component

• Sizing: Size and specify electrical components, motors, sensors, transformers, and safety relays based on load requirements and NEC/IEC standards.
• Testing & Validation: Conduct point-to-point checks, functional testing, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) before customer delivery.
• Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with mechanical and packaging design teams to ensure proper thermal management, enclosure integrity, and wire routing.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors

Degree

in Electrical Engineering

Minimum

3

• years’ experience
• in industrial automation, machinery manufacturing, or modular equipment packaging.
• Industrial control panel standards (UL508A, NFPA 79, NEC).
• Strong troubleshooting ability, hands-on wiring aptitude, and clear technical.
• AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or SolidWorks Electrical.
