**Commercial Litigation Attorney – Kansas City**

Founded over 50 years ago and headquartered in Kansas City with 30 attorneys currently, we are a full service law firm representing businesses and individuals across a broad range of legal matters. Our practice includes civil litigation, real estate, corporate law, business transactions, and construction amongst others.

**Job duties:**

Represent businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters
Manage all phases of litigation, including case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, arbitrations, and trials in state and federal courts.
Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions, conduct legal research, and prepare briefs, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents.
Advise clients on litigation risk, settlement strategy, and dispute resolution while maintaining regular communication throughout the course of representation.
