## **About the role**

In short: own our inbound growth channel, and help a fast-growing startup run smoothly. (Full-time, 6-month internship, in our Munich office.)

• Optimize our website for conversion - utilising Claude Code to build and improve our SEO / GEO presence and create an AI-assisted content machine.
• Transform our company branding - propose new branding strategies, design our on-brand assets, support deck designs, and coordinate our event presence.
• Own our LinkedIn presence and shape our voice as an industry thought leader.
• Level up our product newsletter, which goes out to all Cellbyte users, many of whom work for Top 20 pharma companies, innovative biotech companies, and top-tier consultancies.
• Bring a numbers-driven mindset - measure campaign performance, content engagement and conversion rates, and use the data to improve.
• Keep things moving and make our Munich office a great place to host customers, talent and investors - pitching in on the variety of tasks that come with an early-stage startup.
