As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. Hourly wage of $20.50 We invest in you by covering the cost of ongoing training through the GardaWorld Academy Permanent positions: Monday to Friday Career advancement opportunities at GardaWorld Uniform provided free of charge Responsibilities for Industrial Security Site Supervisor Lead a team of on-site security guards Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team Liase with client, contractors, tenants, and emergency services Use and review of CCTV and access control systems Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions Coordinate day to day operations Providing excellent customer service Issue and manage access cards Complete daily reports and incident reports All other related duties Qualifications for Industrial Security Site Supervisor Be authorized to work in Canada Valid Alberta Security License 1 - 3 years of security supervisor experience Must be able to work Monday - Friday 0630 - 1430 Ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information and exercise good judgment and discretion Ability to work in a fast paced, changing envrionment Must have advanced computer skills Leadership and mentorship skills Able to work in a team environment or independantly as required If you’re ambitious with an entrepreneurial spirit and someone who wants to be a GardaWorld Ambassador, a promising career awaits you!
