Join us as Manager of Bogie Project Engineer Managers team, and you’ll be looking at a career-defining role based in St-Bruno (QC), CA Purpose Lead a team and a portfolio of programs/projects, ensuring QCD delivery, operational excellence, and domain capability growth. Key accountabilities Leadership & Delivery Lead and engage a team (5–10 people) Ensure project delivery against QCD commitments Set goals, drive execution, secure outcomes Performance & Operational Excellence Implement KPIs and data-driven performance Standardize and deploy best practices Ensure workload vs capacity alignment (incl. subcontracting) Strategy & Governance Define and drive group strategy Contribute to department guidelines Implement effective workshare rules Lead management reviews People development Develop World Class Engineering capabilities Coach and grow team competencies Manage training and talent development Business & Financial contribution Estimate and validate workload (projects/tenders) Manage budgets (WP & CAPEX) Commit to project/program QCD Key dimensions Team: 5–10 people Scope: staffing, budget, domain performance KPIs Capacity vs workload Domain performance Team maturity & polyvalence Profile & skills Experience At least 10 years in Engineering background, ideally in railway industry Ideally, 5 years team management background Project/program management Effort estimation & performance management Governance, KPI, and data analysis International environment experience Key competencies Strong leadership & communication Results-driven & entrepreneurial mindset Decision-making & influencing ability Organization & prioritization Capability to lead global teams Process improvement (cost & risk) Bilingualism Proficiency in French and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is considered an asset when working with our international partners, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
