Mtn. Racing, Events and Competitions Crew (Winter)

The racing and competitions crew will assist the racing & competitions manager in the daily operations for competition, and training to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining high levels of safety for competitors, guests, volunteers, and employees.

Essential Functions

• Understanding of ski racing
• Mountain risk management
• Skier Education
• Race trails set up/take down.
• B-Net set up and maintenance.
• Race support for coaches
• Wax room support
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Requirements

• Must be able to lift and ski or snowboard with an excess of 50 lbs.
• Must have fine motor skills and ability to work in extreme winter weather conditions for 7+ hours.
• Must be able to ski or ride to all locations on the mountain.
• Must be available weekends, holidays, and some nights.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
