What You’ll Do as a Security Team Member

• Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure safety and security
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and resident needs
• Complete incident reports and documentation accurately
• Assist residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
• Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For in a Security Team Member

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous security, law enforcement, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
• Valid driver’s license
