After 20 years of service to Beaver and Allegheny counties, the location joined the Concordia family in April 2018 - becoming Concordia at Villa St. Joseph and continuing its faith-based mission of serving others. Join our compassionate Personal Care team at Concordia at Villa St. Joseph!

We’re looking for caring, dependable individuals to join our Personal Care team as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant. In this role, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to our residents—helping with daily needs, ensuring comfort, and creating a safe, welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities as a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant

Assist residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Provide mobility support and assist with repositioning and transfers
Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
Offer companionship and emotional support to residents
Work collaboratively with nurses and team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications for the Non-Certified Nursing Assistant

No certification required — training provided!
Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving setting preferred
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Rotating Weekends and Holidays required
