About The Role

Join our Team at Brookdale Kerrville as a Lead Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable and well-maintained community for our Residents.

Lead and oversee the daily maintenance operations of the community.
Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and routine inspections.
Maintain building systems, equipment, and grounds in a safe and efficient condition.
Coordinate outside vendors and contractors as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain maintenance records and work orders.
Participate in an after-hours on-call for emergency maintenance.
Serves as the lead maintenance technician with no supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
