The Team

  • The Product Design and Experience team shapes intuitive, accessible, and impactful user experiences
  • across Accuris SaaS products used by engineering professionals worldwide. The team focuses on
  • simplifying complex engineering workflows, improving product adoption, and creating scalable design
  • patterns across a modern cloud-based product portfolio.
  • You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, customer success teams, researchers,
  • UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders. The team values user-centered discovery, inclusive design,
  • design-system thinking, practical collaboration, accessibility, and continuous improvement.

The Impact

  • As a Senior UX Designer, you will help translate complex workflows and technical content into simple,
  • elegant, and usable experiences that empower engineers worldwide to innovate faster and smarter.
  • You will influence product direction through research, prototyping, usability testing, and close partnership
  • with cross-functional teams. Your work will improve usability, consistency, accessibility, customer value,
  • and product adoption across Accuris products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and discovery activities to uncover user

needs, pain points, behaviors, and opportunities.

  • Translate research insights and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes,

high-fidelity designs, and final design specifications.

  • Design intuitive experiences for complex SaaS and enterprise product workflows, with a focus on

usability, adoption, accessibility, and measurable outcomes.

  • Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, customer success, and stakeholders to

define requirements and deliver solutions aligned with user and business goals.

  • Contribute to and maintain Accuris' design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, accessibility,

and strong interaction patterns across digital products.

  • Serve as the voice of the user throughout product development, advocating for inclusive design and

evidence-based decision making.

  • Iterate continuously based on stakeholder feedback, usability findings, analytics, performance

metrics, and product outcomes.

  • Clearly communicate design rationale, trade-offs, and recommendations to cross-functional partners

and leadership.

  • Partner with engineering teams during implementation to ensure designs are feasible, well

understood, and delivered with quality.

  • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

What We're Looking For

Key qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4-6 years of UX/UI design experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or related industries.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and solutions for complex digital

products.

  • Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and translating findings into practical

product improvements.

  • Familiarity with engineering workflows, PLM platforms, technical information products, or related tools

is a plus.

Key soft skills

  • Curious, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach to understanding users and solving complex

product problems.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly

to product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong ownership mindset, comfort working through ambiguity, and ability to balance user needs,

technical feasibility, and business goals.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Required Knowledge / Technologies

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Figma Make.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, inclusive design practices, and usability principles.
  • Experience creating wireframes, journey maps, user flows, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity UI

designs, and design specifications.

  • Experience working with design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and scalable

product design standards.

  • Ability to use LLMs within the design process to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, prototyping,

content exploration, and workflow analysis.

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum environments and collaboration with engineering teams building SaaS or

enterprise software products.

The Location

Gdansk, Poland - hybrid model, three times per week in office.

Budget

PLN 17,000 - 21,000 gross per month.

Compensation/Benefits Information

  • Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience
  • and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for a bonus as
