About the Role Are you a strategic commercial leader with a passion for digital growth and retail transformation? We are looking for an Omnichannel Manager to spearhead our Brick & Mortar (B&M) and eCommerce growth strategy across the vibrant Central Europe, Eastern Europe, and Middle East (CEEME) region. In this role, you will blend direct operational leadership (managing the CZ/SK cluster) with high-impact strategic guidance for our regional distributor networks. You will act as the ultimate connector - building a high-performing omnichannel community, upskilling teams, and scaling best practices to outpace market growth and gain share. We can offer this opportunity as a limied time contract covering for another employee on a longer absence. What You’ll Do Drive the 3-Year Growth Plan: Define and execute the short- and long-term omnichannel ambition for the CEEME region, ensuring our growth consistently outpaces local trade partners. Lead the Regional Omni Community: Establish a well-connected performance culture across distributor markets. Implement quarterly business reviews, monitor key KPIs (Sell-Out, DSO), and optimize channel performance. Build Capabilities & Coach: Directly manage and mentor one Omnichannel Specialist while elevating the digital and commercial capabilities of dedicated teams across the entire distributor network. Data-Driven Insights: Harness data from multiple sources to uncover new commercial opportunities, optimize reporting dashboards, and turn analytics into actionable business wins. What We Are Looking For The Experience: A University degree (MBA preferred) backed by a strong Customer Development/Sales background, including dedicated experience in eCommerce or Digital Marketing. The Leader: Proven experience leading teams and driving omnichannel retail environments. You know how to influence senior stakeholder decisions, both internally and externally with distributor General Managers. The Mindset: Highly collaborative, self-motivated, and competitively driven. You thrive in environments where you need to make sound decisions amidst complexity or uncertainty. The Skillset: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong analytical capabilities (data mining), and proficiency in modern digital collaboration tools (Google Suite). Why Join Us?
