FOOD TECHNOLOGY TRAINEE PRÉ-HES (12 months) Nestlé Suisse S.A. in La Tour-de-Peilz is looking for a trainee pré-HES from August 1st 2026 to July 31st 2027. You have or will obtain your “maturité gymnasiale” and you are applying for a Bachelor of Science HES-SO (BSc) in Food Technology. This pre-HES internship position is reserved exclusively for young people who wish to pursue a Bachelor of Science HES-SO (BSc) in Food Technology. For these studies, it is necessary to complete one year of professional experience before starting. Jo b description We offer a cross-functional internship position: Regulatory & Scientific Affairs, Quality Management, Nutrition and Sensory. Key responsibilities Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA) Ensure compliance of labels for different categories Support the development of product labels and communication materials in compliance with the Swiss Food Regulation Quality management (QM) Analyse and control of products for release purpose Monthly Quality data’s controls Analyse return of goods from customers Nutrition Ensure label compliance with internal Guidelines Provide nutritional support to business partners Sensory Participate to sensory tests Required Profile Future student in HES-SO Valais-Wallis or ZHAW Wädenswil in food technology.
