Job Purpose To provide efficient and courteous food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a high standard of hospitality, service quality, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and beverages as per hotel service standards. Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared promptly after use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas. Assist guests with menu selections and provide product knowledge when required. Ensure prompt service and respond to guest requests efficiently. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards. Assist in preparing the restaurant for service including mise en place.
