Front Office Supervisor

Required Work Experience : Front Office Supervisor Degree : Bachelor of Business Studies - BBS | Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS | Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA | Bachelor of Arts - BA Required Knowledge : English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Required Skills : Record Keeping, Guest Tracker Software, Greet Guests, Supervision Primary Responsibility : Monitor the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire Team Members to exceed standards Ensure Team Members have a current knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties Act in accordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
