Job Description The Event Coordinator manages the physical logistics and staff execution for our varied portfolio of events. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise a team of full-time and part-time set-up crew members, ensuring all venues are set-up safely, accurately, and on schedule. This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered. Key Responsibilities Team Supervision: Schedule, Train, and Manage full-time and part-time set-up staff, assigning clear tasks and monitoring performances. Audio, Visual and Technical Execution: Lead the physical deployment, testing, and troubleshooting of all audiovisual equipment, including sound systems, microphones, and projectors. Logistics Execution: Oversee the physical set-up of all event spaces, including furniture placement, staging, and audio visual equipment. Vendor Operations: Coordinate the arrival, load-in , and load-out of external vendors, ensuring strict adherence to venue timelines. Inventory Control: Monitor, track, and maintain the facility's event equipment, furniture, and audio visual assets. Safety Enforcement: Ensure all setups comply with local fire codes, safety regulations, and venue capacity limits. Post-Event Breakdown: Supervise the breakdown, general cleaning, and restoration of the venue immediately following event conclusions.
