Job Description The Clinical Residency Manager is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of all student activities in the clinical area. This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered Key Responsibilities Responsible for planning and coordinating clinical affiliations, to include: Maintaining clinical records Ensuring that students are evaluated in the clinical area and scheduling clinical rotations to ensure that students meet graduation and National Certification Exam requirements. Collaborating with clinical site coordinators to provide excellence in clinical Instruction and acting as an intermediary between students and other hospital personnel, including clinical instructors. Collaborating with clinical site education departments in ensuring clinical rotation compliance and requirements. Collaborating with the Program Administrator in maintaining clinical contracts.
