  • . As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll ensure our systems run securely, seamlessly, and at scale.

Responsibilities

Infrastructure and Cloud Management

Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure across all product environments, including compute, storage, databases, identity services, networking, security, cost optimization, and support for frontend, backend, and VR solutions

Design, deploy, maintain, and improve Amazon EKS/Kubernetes platforms, including cluster lifecycle management, networking, ingress, load balancing, service discovery, Helm charts, scalability, availability, and operational excellence

Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Terragrunt, maintain infrastructure documentation, operational runbooks, and disaster recovery procedures

CI/CD and Automation

  • Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/TeamCity) while automating build, testing, and deployment processes for reliable, repeatable software delivery
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve pipeline efficiency, resolve build and deployment issues, and support continuous delivery
  • Integrate automated quality checks, testing stages, and deployment validations into CI/CD workflows

Security and Compliance

Implement security best practices across infrastructure and applications, including access management, encryption, secret storage,secure network configurations, firewall policies, and web application protection

Manage AWS security services (Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, WAF, Firewall Manager) to monitor, detect, and remediate vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and security threats

Support security compliance through continuous monitoring, security assessments, and infrastructure hardening in collaboration with development and security teams

Monitoring, Reliability & Collaboration

Establish and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability using Prometheus, Alertmanager, Grafana, Filebeat, and Amazon CloudWatch, including dashboards and service health indicators for proactive monitoring and rapid incident response

Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and preventive measures through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous reliability improvements

Collaborate closely across infrastructure, development, product, and security teams to align technical solutions, communicate progress and risks, participate in planning and reviews, and provide guidance on DevOps and security best practices

Requirements

Expected Skills & Competencies

Strong experience managing and automating AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt, with hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, Helm, and containerized deployments.

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and TeamCity, with a focus on automation, reliable deployments, and continuous delivery

Solid understanding of AWS cloud security, including IAM, IAM Identity Center, secrets management, and security services such as Security Hub, GuardDuty, Inspector, WAF, and Firewall Manager

Experience with monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting using Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, Filebeat, and Amazon CloudWatch across infrastructure and production environments

Experience supporting modern application stacks (React/TypeScript, .NET, C#/Unity, and Python) with strong communication, collaboration, and a proactive mindset focused on automation, reliability, and continuous improvement
