Key Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy treatment interventions under the direction of the supervising Occupational Therapist.
• Support patient progress toward functional goals involving ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence.
• Document treatments, patient response, and progress accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to support continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active California COTA license/certification required.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

Schedule

Shift: 5 x 8 shifts.
