About The Role

SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly experienced Consultant Pediatric Surgeon (Western Qualified) on behalf of a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a prestigious healthcare organization dedicated to delivering world-class surgical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The successful candidate will diagnose and surgically manage a wide range of congenital and acquired pediatric conditions while working within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and safety.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent).
  • Western Board Certification in Pediatric Surgery (American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, Irish, or equivalent recognized qualification).
  • Minimum 5 years of post-board certification experience as a Consultant Pediatric Surgeon.
  • Eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License.
  • Extensive experience in neonatal surgery, pediatric minimally invasive surgery, and emergency pediatric surgical procedures.
  • Expertise in managing complex congenital anomalies and pediatric trauma is highly desirable.
  • Excellent surgical, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and family-centered care.
  • Previous experience in a tertiary children’s hospital or JCI-accredited healthcare facility is highly preferred.
