Western Qualified Cardiothoracic Surgeon - Leading Healthcare Facility

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary surgical team. The successful candidate will diagnose, evaluate, and surgically manage a broad range of cardiac, thoracic, and cardiothoracic conditions while delivering exceptional patient-centered care in accordance with international best practices and UAE healthcare standards.

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from a recognized institution.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Cardiothoracic Surgery or Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery .
• Fellowship or advanced subspecialty training in cardiothoracic surgery from a recognized institution.
• Western qualifications (UK CCT, American Board, Canadian, Australian, Irish, New Zealand, or equivalent) are preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization/post-fellowship clinical experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Expertise in adult cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, minimally invasive cardiothoracic surgery, and perioperative management.
• Experience with robotic-assisted cardiothoracic surgery is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
