Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support LRFF, AOP, and STF planning and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and consolidate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis and review departmental budgets.
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Track actual performance against forecasts and support management reporting.
- Prepare presentations and financial analysis for leadership reviews.
- Partner with business teams to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Assist with ad hoc FP&A projects and corporate reporting requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA qualification preferred.
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience in a multinational environment.
- Strong English communication skills.
