About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant to conduct a client demo session showcasing end-to-end PM capabilities, integrations, and best practices within the SAP S/4HANA environment. Based on the client’s evaluation and project requirements, this role will transition into a full-time contract engagement with SAPSOL Technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver a comprehensive SAP PM system demo focused on maintenance planning, notifications, work orders, equipment master data, and integration with MM and FI modules.(Problem area will be discussed during the interview)
  • Support solution design discussions and provide expert insights into PM process optimization.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes .
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure a smooth demo setup and post-demo follow-up.
  • Post-selection, participate in implementation or support activities as a full-time contractor.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of SAP PM functional experience , including configuration, process mapping, and client-facing delivery.
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA or ECC PM implementations .
  • Strong integration knowledge with MM, FI/CO, and QM.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to engage confidently with clients.
  • Prior demo or pre-sales experience is an added advantage.

Engagement Details

  • Phase 1: Demo-based evaluation (short-term)- (prep time 1-2weeks)-(Demo Stipend- INR 5000(India)/ CAD 100(Canada))
  • Phase 2: Full-time contractual engagement upon client selection.
  • Duration and rate to be finalized post-selection.
