About the Role

Seeking an experienced Winding Design Engineer to design and optimize transformer windings that meet performance, efficiency, and reliability requirements while ensuring compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Design transformer windings using advanced techniques and tools.
Perform electrical, thermal, and mechanical calculations.
Select appropriate conductors and insulation materials.
Develop detailed drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing instructions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for transformer integration.
Support prototype builds, trials, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
6–10 years of experience in power transformer winding design.
Strong knowledge of transformer principles, short-circuit withstand, and insulation design.

Proficiency in CAD/design tools (AutoCAD, NX, Inventor, etc.).
