Role Overview

The Logistics Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily delivery and logistics operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution of dispatching, order fulfillment, and last-mile delivery. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence, supporting drivers and couriers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily dispatching activities to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and field staff to maintain workflow efficiency.
Track and update order statuses, ensuring accurate and real-time reporting.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize service disruptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of logistics operations, dispatching, and last-mile delivery processes.
Proven track record in managing dispatching and coordinating delivery teams.
Proficiency in logistics management systems, order tracking software, and dispatching tools.
