About The Role

Lead continuous process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and actionable performance insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Facilitate root cause analysis sessions and develop corrective and preventive action plans to address operational issues.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, and other support functions to implement sustainable process improvements and achieve business objectives.
Monitor project outcomes, track benefits realization, and ensure long-term sustainment of implemented improvements.
