• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field
• At least 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Supervisor, or in a similar role
• Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, digital campaigns, or creator accounts
• Experience in sports media, gaming, entertainment, livestreaming, or community-focused content is an advantage
• Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in content creation when needed
• Strong communication, creativity, and content planning skills
• Willing to attend onsite interviews

• Plan, create, and publish engaging daily content across the company's social media platforms.
• Monitor industry trends, viral topics, and online conversations to identify content opportunities.
• Produce engaging short-form content, including posts, reels, videos, captions, and interactive materials.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, content creators, and internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance and prepare recommendations to improve audience reach and engagement.
• Support influencer and creator collaborations while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and responsible gaming standards.
