Job Description

• Manage external communication activities and initiatives.
• Develop strategies to improve external communication and public relations.
• Oversee the external communication team and ensure compliance with communication standards.
• Monitor and report on the performance of external communication activities.
• Analyze communication trends and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
• Ensure compliance with external communication policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on external communication operations.
• Mengelola aktivitas dan inisiatif komunikasi eksternal.
• Mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan hubungan masyarakat.
• Mengawasi tim komunikasi eksternal dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar komunikasi.
• Memantau dan melaporkan kinerja aktivitas komunikasi eksternal.
• Menganalisis tren dan umpan balik komunikasi untuk mengidentifikasi area perbaikan.
• Bekerja sama dengan departemen lain untuk memastikan pesan yang konsisten.
• Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan dan prosedur komunikasi eksternal.
• Menyiapkan dan menyajikan laporan operasi komunikasi eksternal.
