Director of Quality & Regulatory

We are seeking an experienced Director of Quality/Regulatory to join our organization. As the Director of Quality/Regulatory, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements for a well-known pharmaceutical company in South San Francisco. You will lead a team in developing and implementing quality management systems and processes to maintain product excellence and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems to meet regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO)
• Lead the development and execution of quality assurance programs
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures and processes
• Conduct internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality-related issues

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Extensive experience in quality management and regulatory compliance
• In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations in the relevant industry
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Salary Range: $220,000 - $280,000 per year
