Operations Leads - Gift City

POSITION: Operations Lead - Gift City Position Purpose: Responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations within GIFT City, ensuring regulatory compliance, process efficiency, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Principal Accountabilities: •Manage day-to-day operational activities for GIFT City entities (IFSC units). •Ensure compliance with IFSCA regulations, RBI guidelines, and applicable statutory requirements. •Liaise with regulators, banks, custodians, and service providers. •Monitor transaction processing, reporting, and reconciliations. •Support onboarding of clients, funds, or entities within GIFT City. •Drive process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. •Prepare periodic MIS, regulatory filings, and audit documentation.
