About The Role

Position: Principal Officer Position Purpose: To oversee the overall functioning of the Fund Management Entity – Branch (FME Branch), ensure adherence to IFSCA Fund Management Regulations, supervise investment, operational and compliance activities, and safeguard investor interests. Principal Accountabilities: Oversee daily operations; ensure compliance; interface with regulators; coordinate across departments; approve internal controls; escalate breaches; ensure regulatory filings; support investment strategy. Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Certifications: Strong regulatory knowledge; governance and risk expertise; leadership; stakeholder management; integrity; ability to translate regulations into processes Preferred Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in eligible institutions OR 3 years with IFSCA certification; experience in FMEs, Banks, MIIs, Brokers, Insurers, consulting firms, or corporate finance/legal/secretarial roles.
