Manager - Business Development MIS

Position: Manager - MIS Reports to: VP & Head - Business Development Position Purpose: Generating and analysing accurate reports on the retail sales performance of the organization Principal Accountabilities: Coordinate with the sales team and regional heads to collect data from various Sources/stakeholders to create regular MIS reports with updates on open points highlighted by Management. Data cleaning, accuracy check and validation to generate quality reports Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the relevant teams. Analysing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement. Evaluating operational processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Monitoring and preparing the operational and client MIS reports on daily, weekly, and Monthly reports.
