Practice Model 1:1 Patient Care: Absolutely no double booking. Robust 1:1 Mentorship: Dedicated guidance and training for ortho therapists looking to expand into or transition to pelvic health. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with pelvic floor dysfunctions and/or general orthopedic conditions. Provide comprehensive care for both male and female pelvic health patients (e.g., pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, post-prostatectomy rehabilitation). Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans blending pelvic health and orthopedic techniques. Actively participate in 1:1 mentorship and clinical skill-building (for therapists transitioning into pelvic health). Educate patients on pelvic health, movement strategies, and home exercise programs. Maintain timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with referring providers and team members to ensure cohesive patient care. Qualifications Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program. Licensure: Active or eligible California Physical Therapist license. Background: Open to experienced pelvic health therapists OR orthopedic therapists with a strong curiosity and desire to learn pelvic health (prior coursework/certifications are a plus, but mentorship is provided!). Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, empathy, communication, and patient engagement. Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and delivering patient-first, individualized care.
