Lazard is seeking a Senior Vice President to serve as SEC Reporting Manager within the Global Consolidation, SEC Reporting, and Accounting Policy Finance team. This is a leadership role responsible for setting the direction of the firm's external financial reporting function, overseeing the integrity and quality of SEC filings, ensuring the accurate and timely preparation of the Firm’s 10-Q and 10-K filings, quarterly earnings releases, and related analyses and driving the continued evolution of the disclosure process
