About The Role
We’re seeking a well-rounded Facilities & Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, solid technical expertise, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of manufacturing and facility equipment, including troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and building systems. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Must be open to occasional overtime and on-call rotation. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Maintain production and facility equipment to ensure optimal operation and minimal downtime through diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance • Diagnose and maintain CNC lathes and related machining equipment • Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum systems • Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, air compressors, and fire & life safety systems • Coordinate and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a variety of production and facility equipment • General upkeep of interior and exterior of facility, including painting, occasional ground maintenance, furniture assembly, assist with renovations and reconfiguration of existing equipment • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including OSHA standards and company protocols ________________________________________ Qualifications Required: • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance • Working knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, CNC machines, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and vacuum systems • Ability to troubleshoot basic components of CNC equipment (e.g., drives, motors, fluid systems) • Experience coordinating with external vendors and service providers (e.g., CNC technical support, calibration service technicians, equipment suppliers) for diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of electrical testing tools, hand tools, and power tools • Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings • High school diploma or GED (technical/trade school preferred) • Demonstrated verbal and written communication as well as basic computer skills • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to details and schedules. • Capable of researching, ordering, and installing repair parts Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally • Willingness to wear PPE, including safety glasses, for extended periods • Steel toe boots required • Ability to work at heights and from ladders as needed #LI-CS1
