About The Role

As a Talent Sourcer, Executive Recruiting here at Honeywell, you will drive recruitment strategy, identify top talent, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to attract high-caliber candidates. You will report directly to our Executive Recruiting Operations Leader, and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule.
