About The Role

The Deal Advisor serves as a trusted resource for agents, supporting successful real estate transactions and fostering professional growth. This role combines expertise in transaction management, contract review, agent coaching, and training, with a commitment to responsive service and collaborative problem-solving. The Deal Advisor ensures agents have the guidance and tools needed to navigate complex transactions, comply with legal requirements, and build their business. Key Responsibilities: Approve all documents in Transaction Manager for assigned offices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and state regulations. Review and authorize form modification as needed for transactions Request and manage contract changes, communicating clearly with agents to resolve discrepancies and facilitate timely corrections. Respond to agent inquiries on transactions, contracts, and representation, through dedicated Teams phone lines and scheduled virtual meetings. Track and document all agent interactions, maintaining records of topics discussed, dates, and agent names to support ongoing service and improvement. Conduct in-office and virtual training sessions on transaction processes, contract management, business development, and coaching, adapting content to meet agent needs. Present content and field Q&A at sales meetings to support agent understanding and engagement. Serve as the primary liaison and support resource for company and agent matters involving Missouri Real Estate Commission, REALTOR Association, and legal complaints, coordinating responses, risk mitigation, and resolution strategies. Collaborate with office leadership and peers to share best practices, support agent success, promote Deal Advisor and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Skills and Qualifications: Active Broker’s license in the state of service required. Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate transactions, with strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and procedures required. Exceptional communication skills—able to explain complex concepts clearly, listen actively, and build trust with agents and colleagues. Strong organizational abilities, with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records. Ability to multi-task on a daily basis, transitioning between responsibilities Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and eager to share knowledge and learn from others. Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable with emerging technology and new approaches to business growth. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet platforms.
