Electrician - Grade B (Bogalusa Container)

Position Title: Maintenance Electrician - Grade B (Bogalusa Container Plant) Pay Rate: $30.63/hr. Hourly Full-Time: Rotating Shifts Physical Location: Bogalusa Box Plant, 501 Avenue U, Bogalusa, LA 70427 The Job You Will Perform: · Trouble Shooting equipment issues · Reading factory details · Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment · Utilizing basic shop math, inspecting · Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions The Skills You Will Bring: 3+ years in Industrial Manufacturing PLC troubleshooting, inputs/outputs and changeouts of programs Experience photo eyes, sensors, limit switches and solenoids Repairing and troubleshooting conveyor systems (line controls) Mechanical systems (bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes) Hydraulics & Pneumatics High and Low Voltage Ability to operate a multimeter to diagnose a variety of electrical issues Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, hear and talk to communicate with other team members.
