PT CLIMBING WALL STAFF - COMMUNITY REC CENTER

Under the general supervision of the Youth Recreation Coordinator, CRC Climbing Staff provide a safe, welcoming, and engaging climbing environment for participants of all ages and skill levels. This safety-sensitive position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of community members. Staff are responsible for enforcing safety rules, providing quality customer service, and maintaining a safe and positive atmosphere within the climbing area.
