About The Role

The Fall 2026 Labor Relations Internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in labor and employment law within a complex public-sector environment. Working alongside Massport’s Labor Relations attorneys, the intern will support meaningful projects and gain exposure to collective bargaining, grievance administration, labor relations strategy, dispute resolution, and workforce policies that directly impact Massport’s operations.
